Latvia is a "Baltic" country composed of mostly white-skinned people. Most of the whites in Latvia are exploited, unlike the situation in imperialist countries and for most whites in the world.
There are many similarities among the Baltic countries that belonged to the Soviet Union. In fact all the small nations between Germany and the Soviet Union shared a history of having to handle the threat from Hitler. To this day, millions of people in eastern Europe sympathize with Nazis and neo-Nazis that saw Stalin as a greater threat to their petty nationalism than Hitler; even though Hitler had slated most peoples for complete extinction.
In eastern Europe, the imperialists continue to support petty nationalist infighting and fantasies how Hitler was better or at least "no worse" than Stalin.
