India, Sweden also tied up with arms merchants bribery

Attempts to sell Swedish howitzers to India involved an Italian 
businessman, a former "Defence Secretary" in India and a former 
Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi. Charges in court say that Gandhi 
tipped the deal toward one company and then worked to scuttle an 
investigation.
