MIM Brings Back "Paper Tigers" Column

ITAL MIM Notes used to regularly print "Paper Tigers" which were 
pithy articles exposing imperialism. We will periodically bring 
back this column starting with MN205. We welcome your submissions 
of articles up to about 300 words. Prisoners are especially 
encouraged to write these short articles based on news available. 
The articles should be from the perspective of the international 
proletariat, but do not need to go into political economic and 
dialectical materialist analysis in depth like other MIM Notes 
articles. END

PAPER TIGERS

All reactionaries are paper tigers. In appearance, the 
reactionaries are terrifying, but in reality they are not so 
powerful. From a long-term point of view, it is not the 
reactionaries but the people who are really powerful.
