It's magazine boasts a newbie's understanding of imperialism located next to a picture of a space rocket lifting off in the Oracle table of contents: "Companies utilizing the World Wide Web to give their business global reach will rocket into a new paradigm that extends beyond company walls and geographic boundaries to reach customers and partners in all corners of the universe." Oracle correctly informs readers that 93% of business executives foresee business expansion abroad: "Globalization appears to be a necessary condition for U.S. companies to compete. Even to survive."
