Klinton OKs murder of Colombian people by a MIM-led study group On August 22, president Clinton waived "human rights" requirements attached to the $1.3 billion aid package for Colombia. This comes after months of rhetoric from u$ politicians over guaranteeing that aid to Colombia not be used to terrorize the people living within Colombian borders. The waiver was necessary to continue the aid, since Colombia only fulfilled one of seven human rights standards set by the u$. Of course, even without the waiver, MIM does not expect Amerika to stop committing and/or backing massacres and war against the oppressed. The united $tates has admitted that its puppets in Colombia are committing crimes against the people, yet they continue to increase aid to Colombia, which is the third largest receiver of u$ aid. This has all been done in the name of the "War on Drugs", with Clinton declaring a "drug emergency" in Colombia. Yet it is widely known that the u$ government has been dealing drugs for a long time. It's true motivations are to maintain the flow of super-profits from Colombia through stabilizing political control in a country where the people are fighting back.
