Correction

With regard to the October 1, 2001 issue and the 
youth movement in the Philippines, MIM does not 
support the line that specifically targets 
privatization in a semi-feudal country like the 
Philippines. State enterprises in a semi-feudal 
country are bureaucrat capital and not worthy of 
progressive designation. Targeting privatization 
in such a situation is like targeting the 
Republicans on behalf of the Democrats in U.$. 
politics.
