The institution will only accept NEW books (paperback or hardback) and must be shipped directly from the vendor. All orders must be prepaid. All orders must be mailed or shipped by a legal carrier (postal service, UPS, etc.). No books will be accepted from entities such as Amazon.com, EBay, etc. | official document | |

As of this date, the vendow must be a legitimate vendor, and only new books will be excepted [sic - MIM(Prisons)]. Either paperback or hardback will be accepted.
