On the other hand, there are forums which allow participation, allow people to write detailed documents and responses and then delete materials. That becomes a huge waste of time for participants and explains why MIM does not participate in many forums. We simply do not have time to write and then have some ignoramus delete our thread.
The list of forums that does this to MIM is incredibly long even in subject areas one would think would be open to MIM. Here is a partial list of forums that have deleted MIM threads, sometimes after long participation by its own members in those threads.
