   Either MIM is correct about surplus-value and exploitation breeding
   resistance or it is not correct.

   What is completely missing from all of Tani's discussion-- as usual
   and as I have been saying a year now -- is People's War by the
   oppressed nations. Do you think Mao started in superior military
   position to Japan and U$ imperialism? Shit he was less than one tenth
   what Chiang Kaishek alone had militarily. Tons of people told him it
   was pointless to resist and they should work on reforming the
   imperialists from within and spreading what today would be called New
   Age shit. The Iraqi people, should they pick up the science of
   revolution, would start in vastly superior position to what Mao
   started with, and I mean relative to their oppressor.
   
   Anyway, Draconian measures by imperialism are inevitable, just as bio
   and chem warfare by "rogue" states is also inevitable. It's oil and
   business. Lucky right now we don't have a recession.
   
   Your Buchanan man would get us into one right away to justify his
   fascist friends' agenda. Cutting off world trade is the perfect way to
