MIM draws lessons, calculates the terrorist trajectory: why the U.$. terrorist faction cannot win by mim3@mim.org The current nodal point in history offers tremendous clarification of Amerikan politics. Right now the polls say Yankee sentiment regarding the war in Afghanistan is 92% for and 8% against. Only one member of the Congress opposes the war. The whole Democratic Party and Republican Party have united. The unity of Democrats and Republicans only proves that the system is ready for a big fall. For once, the stupidity of the ruling Democrats and Republicans will be proved simultaneously for all the people to see. The ruling class has taken a big risk in the United $tates--a risk it may not recover from. The longer the Democrats and Republicans stay united, the more likely it is that the people of the United $tates will see the incompetence of the ruling class in achieving peace and justice. The current ruling class is going to spend $105 billion just to clean up the World Trade Center mess. Other economic losses related to terrorism also amount to the hundreds of billions while stock losses were $1.4 trillion.(1) The United $tates could have bought the Zionists the entire geography of Long Island to form Israel for the money the united $tates has already lost in this conflict. That's not to count the billions in military aid to Israel that would be saved each year. Now with increased hiring of air marshalls and security guards every where, the economy is producing a lot of security but fewer goods and services--a waste of people's lives guarding things instead of making them caused by the inability of the current government to bring economic harmony and peace. Yet, from the point of view of our current government and economic system, these losses are not losses to capitalist profits, and it is possible to profit even from setting up security-guard companies, so the capitalists do not oppose such inefficiency and waste. Only a socialist is likely to step back and decide whether or not the current political arrangement is wasting humyn labor. Now with the current Anthrax offensive, the U.$. Government has had 2300 Anthrax reports in two weeks in early October.(2) MIM calls this the principle of the offensive decoy. The offensive decoy is especially effective against high-tech, big-money opponents like the U.$. Government. In order to explain why it is unlikely that one terrorist faction (Uncle $am) can completely defeat another alleged "terrorist" faction (the CIA-created Osama bin Laden, for example) through military means, or why it is not possible to bring about some semblance of peace by eradicating "most" of the other faction of terrorists, some reporters of the Anthrax hoax on the Internet have explained how to carry out an Anthrax hoax without getting caught. People buy gloves and make sure to leave no fingerprints or DNA evidence. Alternatively, they can buy gloves with 1000 fingerprints on them. Worst of all, these letters can be mailed to U.$. Government agencies from all around the world. When 1 in 1000 envelopes may be real Anthrax threats, the ruling class simply cannot cope. Hence, the one attack is accompanied by 999 offensive decoys. One hoax at the Connecticut Environmental Protection Agency cost $1.5 million to handle.(3) With 2300 hoaxes already, the rulers still are not bright enough to get square with their people and tell them that this war cannot be won and the only choice is to make steps toward economic and social harmony instead of U.$. hyperpower dominance. There is no defense against a properly formed offensive decoy, but our ruling class is not bright enough to understand that there is no winning against people with suitcase nuclear weapons and offensive decoys accompanying each tactic--even having the most powerful armed forces and most high-tech intelligence services. This Anthrax hoax scare is relatively small right now. Had the state services of China and Russia decided to send the United $tates mail with white powder in it or even more elaborate hoaxes, can we imagine how the FBI would be overloaded? Then again, within the united $tates, there seems to be some confusion as well. As recently as June, 2000 one hazardous materials web page said it was nearly impossible to transmit anthrax through letters.(4) Such confusion inevitably adds to the expenses of the u.$. government, and one of the conditions for the fall of any government is its inability to borrow more money. Can we imagine how easy it would be to jam up the U.$. eavesdropping network with phone banks and computers established just for generating false signals? How long will it be before the "terrorists" spawned or even led by the nose by u.$. imperialists ramp up the use of that tactic? The use of this sort of tactic--the defensive decoy--again drains even the most superior high- tech intelligence. That is why the current mantra of "security" and "intelligence" cannot succeed. When the imperialists do proceed to spy on someone, defensive decoys insure that most information obtained is false. In contrast, offensive decoys contain false information to help one attack surrounded by 999 decoys to succeed and not be deflected. It's not a secret that the state of Florida is basically out of work because tourism has been crushed. Already there are Internet rumors of an impending bomb attack at DisneyWorld in order to finish off the Florida economy. Wall Street is even more scared than the rest of the country: "A lot of investors are saying, 'We don't see a light at the end of tunnel. We don't see anything that says the current profit recession is going to end."'(5) The list goes on and on. It's anthrax now, but there are innumerable similar such threats, each of which will come with offensive and defensive decoys. Sure, the united $tates has the military capacity to kill everyone, and then there will be no more offensive or defensive decoys. However, an expanding economy requires a minimum of global cooperation as the recent terrorist incidents prove. It is ironic that in the country so dedicated to the individual, the rulers cannot see that the destructive power of the individual has reached the point where only communism contains any possibility of long-term survival and economic expansion. Was it not the mantra of the Amerikkkan settler society to "empower the individual"? We'd better take some steps to get to communism before those empowered individuals do us all in. Ex-President Clinton said it himself, that the United $tates has to reduce "the pool" from which terrorists draw. That means eliminating the underlying causes of terrorism, especially U.$. terrorism, the majority of terrorism. We call on all the people of Amerika and all the world which is oppressed or endangered by Amerikan rulers not to endure the stupidity of the Republicans and Democrats with their "security," "intelligence" and bombing "solutions": those rulers are risking your lives in a no-win war on terrorism and you don't have to take it.
