The Mafia meets psychiatry and the '90s. The premise is funny
and of course, Robert DeNiro does a good mafia imitation,
while also playing a ridiculous part. Nonetheless, we find
this film to have no redeeming value, and it will be
difficult for international audiences to follow the humor, which
makes most sense to 1990s New Yorkers or Amerikkkans.
