Nation Time: The Voice of the New Afrikan Liberation Front Volume 8 Number 3 Fall 2003 $1 iyaluua@aol.com PO Box 340084 Jamaica, NY 11434 This organization does not claim to be communist openly, but it shows communist influence. The principles of unity attack capitalism, sexism and racism while calling for the Black Belt nation in the southern united $tates supported by comrade Stalin and the Comintern. Nation Time endorsed and publicized the 2003 Million Youth March. The articles in this paper point out that USA Today is openly talking about setting up colonialism in an enlightened way for Iraq and beyond; terrorists in Bali attacked white people only; hip hop is under attack from the capitalist class trying to co-opt it; the Choctaws became rich by setting up a casino; Black organizations are working for reparations. On the whole, Nation Time seems to be a revolutionary Black nationalist paper with a strong sense of its connection to other anti- imperialist struggles in the world. Our disagreements would include the uncritical coverage of Castro and the depiction of the racist murders in Mississippi as examples of "false consciousness" the way Workers World says. Doug Williams killed five Blacks in a rampage on July 9th. He is another example of why MIM says the white so-called working class should be considered enemy until it proves otherwise in practice. A Nation Time editorial denounces separation based on "ideology," so we at MIM are not going to arrive at the same conclusions, given how important ideology is to us. However, precisely because Nation Time does not claim to be Marxist, we find it easier to ally with the New Afrikan Liberation Front. It doesn't claim to be something it is not. We at MIM endorse the call of the Provisional Government of the Republic of New Afrika (PGRNA) to obtain United Nations status. The PGRNA is not the only organization seeking Black nationhood, but it is one of the steady workers and it puts forward a classic theory of the Black belt nation that deserves to have its day in court with the people of the world and the Black people freed from white domination inside the u$a.
