"In a semi-colonial country such as China, the relationship between the principal contradiction and the non-principal contradictions presents a complicated picture.
"When imperialism launches a war of aggression against such a country, all its various classes, except for some traitors, can temporarily unite in a national war against imperialism."
[boldface MIM's]
Mao, "On Contradiction"
We have received some drivel from Dar Zhutayev at the Russian Maoist Party on our official and public break with them for siding with the U.$. war on Iran which is at a low-intensity level right now with spotter troops and psy-ops with threats ranging up to nuclear bombing.
It's the same old identity politics about how we should not "dictate" to Third World people. Yeah, MIM, with no money or weapons and no state is going to "dictate" to a few Iranian traitors. Talk about over-sensitive appreciation of post-modernism! Meanwhile, Dar Zhutayev's alliance with u.$. imperialism is NOT dictating to Iran. What a load of horseshit! There is no other way to describe it, except as outrageous beyond belief! Dar Zhutayev, what do you imagine, that taking no stand makes you "neutral" in the meantime and not allied with Russian and u.$. imperialism? Did you know for sure that further hostilities would not break out this whole time? Is not Russian imperialism also pushing threats on Iran and also signing onto UN resolutions with Bush? What do you think, that you live on some other planet?
Then he has the nerve to talk about "People's War" after that? We're sure he does not himself, but useful idiots of imperialism do. What is a People's War Dar Zhutayev? U.$. troops landing with people of color lackeys? What's the difference between that and globalization?
Then Dar Zhutayev says that we have taken the road of PLP. Oh, really? Where is any armed struggle in the Third World that PLP supports? MIM just got done hailing Hezbollah! Zhutayev has it all backwards, because MIM stands for Maoist parties AND united front and PLP opposed the united front just like the Trotskyists. Was Saddam Hussein some kind of Maoist? Then why did Comrade Gonzalo hail him in the First Gulf War? United front, international united front is one of the magic weapons of the struggle: that's why Gonzalo hailed Saddam Hussein who was a bigger lackey of U.$. imperialism than Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could ever dream of being. It is the CIA-led RCP=U$A that opposes united front just as PLP did when Ho went obviously revisionist. Otherwise, they'd be siding with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, but then again, RCP=U$A made disparaging remarks about Saddam Hussein in both gulf wars.
Let's get real: Iran said TODAY that three or four nuclear powers were threatening it! Where is F*ing Dar Zhutayev's party? Is it creating trouble for Putin in collaborating with u.$. imperialism? Not. It's in negotiations for a political correctness psychology session with the Iranian traitors.
Stalin and Hoxha both pointed out during World War II no less that even with no vanguard parties, the proletariat would row the boat to shore. Of course, because the objective existence of the proletariat does not depend on vanguard parties.
In the "peace accords" plot of 1993 and onwards in Peru, the RIM took one and a half or two years to "study" the question. All the while, the police and CIA had free reign. MIM is forcing a stand here in six months and we were wrong to wait that long, because no one could say for sure that u.$. imperialism would not have stepped up its military attack in July or August for instance. As it was there was a Lebanon war, a dry run for future imperialist attacks no doubt that our tongue-tied Russian ex-comrades could not figure out.
