We do not have email, but still we do not keep up with all that needs to be done. I apologize for errors.
There is no getting around that some errors have been made from being tired. Fortunately, there are reports that I am not the only one tired.
I have not even read all the documents I need to have read to do my job properly at this point. So what we need is probably a delegation of authority. There should probably be another scuttlebutt page out there that the MIM etext cell recognizes as official, perhaps with a domestic focus in its demands. This has been delayed in part because of struggles needed and in part because I did not recognize what is what.
Reality is that there is a higher concentration of people with proletarian counter-intelligence abilities outside the original MIM cell than inside it. These same people also need to be able to "pull the trigger," if something happens with the original MIM etext cell.
Of note, we have specifically been told that we neglect poetry too much. Each cell has different literary abilities and interests. It is also obvious that the etext cell does not cover a broad enough array of topics. There are countless topics that have their own internal logics of deadlines, which of course I the chair miss out on. These topics then lose their value as literary inspiration for proletarian artists.
Now I would like to turn to problems of our security work.
Security level 0 is living in the bourgeois world. No one is ever 100% opposed to the proletariat, so for instance the New York Times may call for a new trial for Mumia Abu-Jamal and thereby contribute to security politically.
Security level 1 is politically siding with the proletariat at least 51% of the time. If all people sided with the proletariat 100% of the time, we would not need "security" anymore.
Security level 2 is recognizing patterns in enemy activity. In this way, we can go from intending to side with the proletariat to actually siding with the proletariat. For example, after seeing a certain number of court cases, one might start to draw conclusions about Amerikkka.
Security level 3 recognizes enemy activity under cover. In the name of Marxism, it could be revisionism or undercover cop activity. To sort out revisionism requires knowledge of history and politics and willingness to engage theory. Dealing with cop activity requires a knowledge of motivations of cops and general middle class thinking.
Security level 4 adds a counterintelligence capability. Those who get through levels 1 through 3 nonetheless can have a hard time adding cryptic abilities. In our current struggle, separation occurs on the question of aesopian language for example.
Some people learn aesopian language before they side with the proletariat, but MIM lists the security levels in this order, because this is the order that it sorts out in our party activities. Needless to say, we have a shortage of comrades and within what we do manage to carry out, we have a shortage of security. Part of the reason for this is that the enemy continuously adds money to its repressive abilities, with the general growth of parasitism in the economy. At the same time, our political popularity does not grow inside u.$. borders.
Despite the grim prospects for Amerikkkans to stop being global oppressors without dictatorship coming from the outside, we here can still do work as individuals behind enemy lines. In every serious conflict, there are always those who have the task of being agents behind enemy lines. We communists can learn from such prior historical experience.
