Indigenous people persecuted

The persecution here against Native people continues. I am being forced through sanction and punishment to cut my hair which is part of my religious and traditional ways and beliefs. They are taking my job, visits, phone privilege, yard exercise time, canteen and even my ability to earn good time. In fact I will lose good time credits and be given higher custody rating because of this. But yet California Dept. of Corrections is allowing another religious group (Muslims) to grow beards (which violates policy) for their religious beliefs. Of course they sued and won their case. I also wish to fight and begin a legal battle not only for myself but all who oppose the oppression of CDC! I would appreciate any help or resources (legal help) to file paperwork and force CDC to pay for their violating my rights. I know that according to federal law (there is an act called RUFA or something like that states that what they are doing is illegal!)
