I'm writing you in concerns of staff misconduct, retaliation and excessive use of force. First of all, I'm somewhat of a political threat because of my status as a jail house lawyer. I came to this reception center (CCI) as a parole violation scheduled to parole in five months. In April 2003 Lt J. Lundy had threatened to plant a shank on me. I then wrote a 602 (complaint) on the issue. I was told by him that I would be left alone.
Then (a few weeks later) I had another problem with another officer. So again a 602 was submitted. Approximately 3 1/2 hours later I was moved form the gym back into the building. Approximately 6 days later I received a 115 (report) which was falsified in retaliation for me filing a complaint. Since then I've been targeted by staff and harassed.
I then filed a court action by way of writ of Habbeas Corpus. More falsified 115s were written against me with the result of my parole date being extended. The harassment even extended to medical. Lt. J Lundy held the Doctor (Dr. Vo) to not honor his chronos given to me for my disability. These are a walking cane and a "Mobility Impaired" vest that recognizes that I have a disability in the event there's an alarm on the yard. They wanted to get physical with me so that's why he did it.
A few hours later Lt. J. Bundy then ordered that all of my legal materials, books, papers, witness declarations, everything be confiscated. He did this so that he could find out exactly what I had filed against him. Two days later Lt. J Lundy had me moved to another cell house in an isolated area and had me physically assaulted. They falsified the report to justify this actions. In truth they were trying to kill me.
My parole date has been changed four different times because of the falsified reports. I have repeatedly requested a polygraph examination pursuant to their own rules and regulations but that issue they avoid because there's a conspiracy to cover-up staff misconduct. This administration is getting away with murder. They are abusing their authority.
What I need is outside help. I need the media involved and I need someone to help me get it to them. This place is no better than Corcoran. The physical and verbal abuse is out of hand and something needs to be done before inmates start dying. I've been placed in ad-seg. The Lt. stated that I'm polluting his yard because I teach people or help them to file complaints. Also the fact that I'm Muslim has contributed to the attacks against me.
