It seems that everyone and their brother has heard about planned tax persecutions against MIMers. The idea stems also from Prince Cheney's statements about it being legal to take people's bank records. It appears MIM was handled as "terrorist" and then "spies." At the same time there are those feds who admit MIM has no ties to either terrorists or spies--so what to do: hint, make up stories for budget justifications.
On a different subject, there continues to be deliberate spreading of confusion about the range of death threats produced by the federal government since 2005 and Ward Churchill's case. 1) There is the CIA asswipe problem aiming to stir up MIM. 2) There are separate death threats against a faculty member pinned on Ward Churchill supporters, ultimately by the FBI. 3) There are the countless death threats against Ward Churchill himself, though at least those have been reported to some extent in the media. MIM complained from the beginning that the federal government was not protecting Ward Churchill's civil rights. We were not aware of the extent to which the federal government was fanning the situation and using MIM to do so.
The FBI claimed responsibility for the death threats against MIM from the CIA asswipe. Perhaps FBI would like to retreat?
FBI, what have you gotten that we did not want you to have? And why do you need people following us if you read newspapers diligently? What have you done but show more people the truth of what MIM is saying? Still hoping for some piece of information to save your asses?
Now and then, someone claims to be CIA and not FBI. MIM is just giving the federal government the benefit of the doubt. Since 911 there is "joint work." If someone wants to say in a public and accountable way that also means that CIA collects the same information as FBI, we won't contradict it. At the same time, we do not believe any Valerie Plame-style laws are ultimately going to protect anyone involved making death threats against u.$. citizens. FBI and CIA need to think ahead. All the equivocations only do more to justify a legal process--FBI, CIA, vigilantes, etc.
The usual practice is for the FBI to break in and take in the information on MIM, and then share it. That is why FBI is ultimately responsible. NSA is another original recipient of information. If someone wants to say that MIM has underestimated to what extent we live under a military regime, and it is the CIA, DIA, Army and Navy intelligence directly involved in taking MIM things, far be it for MIM to stop any federal agents from so admitting. Whoever wants to claim to be the head chef can do so. It won't make a lot of difference to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism of course. We do see people from military intelligence in the wings, but we try to give the government the most conservative reading of the evidence we have pieced together. Things start with FBI and then progress to other branches of the regime, any one of which outnumbers the proletarian camp. Stupid left-wing of white parasitism--we have heard enough fantasies about a white proletariat. There is a much larger "policetariat," "spyetariat" and "spooketariat," not to mention "militaryiat," in the united $tates.
We are glad to hear rumors that MIM is narcisstic about reporting on FBI, because that will make it easier for our pursuers to guess what we are going to do next, being bourgeois narcissistic pieces of shit just like them. We would not want a misunderstanding, an idea that MIM is not taking this persynally this time. FBI can just imagine how many people it is training if such narcisstic shits are their only opponents, given how many bourgeois narcissists are available for training in the imperialist countries. Our recruiting can increase 1000-fold this way.
For this episode to end, FBI is going to have to get square with Ward Churchill. If MIM finds out that Ward Churchill is going to miss another year of teaching this fall, there is no telling what MIM narcissists will do as retaliation. There will be legal retaliation of some kind. FBI's best hope is that Ward Churchill wins within the next couple months. In that circumstance, MIM would let by-gones be by- gones.
The FBI and CIA are setting a dangerous precedent. If third parties are going to be arbitrarily dragged into conflicts with "spies," then it won't just be MIM drawing conclusions from that. This battle is not so uneven as it looks. FBI needs to confess to collecting and releasing to the public "information" that pressured the University of Colorado on behalf of the FBI's self-interests. It was a bone-headed thing to do, regardless of how one may regard MIM. It is as the Senate committees investigating Gonzales say, a refusal to fix things. FBI is playing deaf and dumb, and it refuses to fix its unaccountable ways directly with minimal legal fuss.
