Panel will address policies oppressing Michigan Prisoners and families.
Speakers: Kim Easter, attorney for the Prison Legal Services of Michigan; Penny Rider, American Friends Service Committee activist advocating for prisoners' rig hts; and local former prison psychologist and prisoner advocate.
